Put your work in front of readers who take healthcare AI seriously
AI Health Uncut covers the science, business, and incentives shaping healthcare AI and digital health. I bring the perspective of a healthcare AI founder and researcher to original investigations, company analysis, and the gap between what technology promises and what the evidence supports.
If your organization has something useful to offer this audience, I welcome a conversation. Sponsorship options range from a short announcement to a sustained annual campaign, including clearly labeled sponsored articles.
Single placements start at $300. Annual advertising commitments save 40%.
Audience and visibility
An influential audience. AI Health Uncut’s subscribers include prominent leaders in healthcare, technology, and investment. Sponsorship offers an opportunity to put your work in front of people who help shape the industry’s direction, funding, and adoption of new technologies.
For campaign planning, I use these conservative estimates for my regular editorial content:
You can find my Substack at FixHealth.ai and my LinkedIn here.
These are separate platform metrics. They are not counts of unique people across both platforms, verified ad impressions, or guarantees of future results. The same person may encounter the content more than once or on both platforms. A view of an article or post does not necessarily mean the sponsorship was seen.
Sponsored content can perform differently from regular editorial work. Articles supplied entirely by a sponsor may attract fewer views. Campaign reporting presents the available results for each channel separately.
Choose your format
Short sponsor blurb — $300
A concise placement for an event, report, job opportunity, product announcement, or other relevant offer.
Up to 60 words, a company name, and one call to action with a link.
One clearly labeled placement near the end of a regular editorial article.
Included in that article’s Substack email and web version.
No sponsor mention in the accompanying LinkedIn post.
Featured sponsor — $650
More room to explain your offer alongside an independently written article.
Up to 150 words, a logo or image, and one linked call to action.
One clearly labeled placement in the first half of a regular editorial article.
Included in that article’s Substack email and web version.
A brief, disclosed sponsor acknowledgment in the accompanying LinkedIn post.
Other ad placements may appear in the article.
Lead sponsor — $1,000
The most prominent sponsorship position in a regular editorial article.
Up to 200 words, a logo or image, and one linked call to action.
Placement below the headline and introduction, before the main analysis.
Included in that article’s Substack email and web version.
A brief, disclosed sponsor acknowledgment in the accompanying LinkedIn post.
The only paid advertisement in that article.
The sponsored placement is distinct from the editorial analysis. Lead sponsorship does not include a company profile or product review.
Sponsor contributed article — $1,500
A dedicated article for an organization with a useful perspective, practical case study, or substantive explanation to share.
Sponsor supplies a draft of up to 1,200 words and supporting sources.

Clearly labeled “Paid sponsored content” with the sponsor and author identified.
Published as a dedicated Substack email and web article, subject to approval.

This is a publication and distribution service. It does not imply my endorsement. Substantial rewriting, additional reporting, and unsupported promotional claims are outside the scope.
Commissioned sponsored article — from $3,000
A substantive article written by me around an agreed topic relevant to the audience.
Typically 1,000–1,500 words.
Includes a briefing call, review of supplied evidence, and up to one interview.
Includes one consolidated round of factual corrections.
Clearly labeled “Paid sponsored content” with the sponsor identified.
Published as a dedicated Substack email and web article.
Includes one dedicated LinkedIn post introducing the article and disclosing the sponsorship.
We agree on the topic and scope before work begins. I retain control of the analysis, conclusions, and final wording. Sponsorship does not guarantee a favorable conclusion or endorsement. Additional research, interviews, or technical evaluation are quoted separately.
Standalone sponsored LinkedIn post — $500
One clearly disclosed sponsored post, with an agreed message, one image if appropriate, and a call to action. Available separately from newsletter placements. No additional charge applies for LinkedIn deliverables already included in another package.
Campaign pricing for monthly placements
Build familiarity over time with a defined series of placements. The table assumes one placement per month in the selected format. Amounts are the total campaign price, not monthly fees.
Advertising and sponsor contributed article packages save 10% for three months, 25% for six months, and 40% for twelve months, compared with the same number of one-off placements.
The standard commissioned article rate consists of a $1,500 production fee and a $1,500 publication and distribution fee. Term discounts apply to the publication and distribution fee. The resulting total discounts are 5%, 12.5%, and 20%. Expanded production scopes are priced separately.
The three-, six-, and twelve-month prices require advance payment for the full campaign. Installment arrangements can be quoted separately. Package discounts do not stack with other discounts. Every campaign has a specified number of placements and a publication schedule. The monthly-placement packages in this table include 12 placements over a year. Every-article sponsorship is available separately below.
Mixed-format campaigns are welcome. The same term discount applies to eligible advertising and distribution fees when the booking includes at least one paid placement in each month of the committed term. Production fees remain separate.
Annual partnerships with monthly placements
I publish approximately one article per week. Each annual sponsorship package below includes one sponsored placement per month, for 12 placements over the year, plus any additional deliverables listed.
Annual visibility partner — $4,680
Twelve featured sponsor placements, one each month, with the included LinkedIn acknowledgments. Equivalent to $390 per month when paid annually. Saves $3,120 compared with twelve one-off featured placements.
Annual lead partner — $7,200
Twelve lead sponsor placements, one each month, with the included LinkedIn acknowledgments. Equivalent to $600 per month when paid annually. Saves $4,800 compared with twelve one-off lead placements.
Annual signature partner — $12,000
Twelve lead sponsor placements plus two standard commissioned sponsored articles, scheduled across the year. Includes twelve LinkedIn sponsor acknowledgments and two dedicated LinkedIn article posts. Equivalent to $1,000 per month when paid annually. Saves $6,000 compared with buying those deliverables individually.
The twelve lead placements appear in regular editorial articles. The two commissioned articles are additional publications. These partnerships do not confer exclusivity across the publication. A limited category exclusivity arrangement can be discussed separately.
Want to appear in every article?
For organizations seeking a consistent presence throughout the year, every-article sponsorship covers all regular editorial articles published during a 12-month term. I publish approximately once per week, or around 52 regular editorial articles per year.
Annual rates are:
Short sponsor blurb: $9,360 per year. A blurb in every regular editorial article. No LinkedIn sponsor acknowledgment is included.
Featured sponsor: $20,280 per year. A featured placement in every regular editorial article, plus a brief, disclosed sponsor acknowledgment in each accompanying LinkedIn post.
Lead sponsor: $31,200 per year. A lead placement in every regular editorial article, plus a brief, disclosed sponsor acknowledgment in each accompanying LinkedIn post. The sponsor is the only paid advertiser in each covered article.
These prices reflect a 40% discount against individual placement rates at approximately 52 articles and require full annual advance payment. At 52 articles, the effective price per placement is $180 for a blurb, $390 for a featured placement, or $600 for a lead placement.
Every-article sponsorship covers advertising alongside my regular editorial reporting. Commissioned and sponsor contributed articles are separate deliverables. The publication schedule and treatment of a material change in publishing frequency are agreed in the written booking agreement.

Editorial independence
Sponsorship helps fund AI Health Uncut’s original work. I welcome organizations that respect the publication’s independence and have something relevant to contribute.
All paid placements and sponsored articles are clearly labeled. Sponsors may review their advertisements and correct factual errors in commissioned content. They do not control independent editorial coverage, select the conclusions of an investigation, or purchase favorable treatment.
Sponsorship does not prevent critical coverage of a sponsor or its industry. Relevant sponsorship relationships will be disclosed when a sponsor is discussed in independent reporting. I may decline proposals that do not fit the audience or meet the publication’s standards for evidence and accuracy.
